Disgraceful service - we cancelled months and months in advance - they didn't cancel it properly for whatever reason - perhaps and error or reception forgot to get to it , months later they charged us for the full trip because we didn't turn up even though it should have been cancelled months in advance and they are keeping our money on the basis of they don't have any record - I don't think they understand the concept of if the job had been done right they're wouldn't be an issue , since it wasn't done at all - obviously there won't be notes - that's exactly what the problem is - horrific dealing with them via call as well - like talking to a brick wall and repetitive - definately would not book here clearly don't care about customers and certainly not about potential future business/repeat business.
Good location within the city centre. However, poor service from staff and management. I contacted the hotel over the phone on Tuesday 2nd October to make a booking for one of there Grand style apartments at 120. I spoke with a staff member and requested twin beds instead of the king size they usually provide, which I was told they could accommodate. I received a call 2 days later saying the staff member I had spoken to had made a mistake and they couldnt supply the apartment I had reserved, however they could give me something else but at a higher price, 150. I asked, as it was not my mistake could they give the new apartment at the previous agreed price which was only 30 of a difference. In which I was told by management no! I was left with no accommodation two days before I was meant to travel. I had the hassle of trying to find other lodgings which proved difficult so close to the weekend. My experience with Westport and its staff has been extremely poor!
Excellent location, huge apartment and very clean. Only downside was the heat of the apartment. We were roasting on Late September!!
My husband booked this and unfortunately due to personal circumstances we had to cancel a few weeks later , this was cancelled months before we were to attend however they have still charged us, the manager said the owner is refusing to refund our 120 as we have no proof. We canceled by calling and it was one of the staff members that said they would cancel it for us and said we don't need to do anything else, so I fail to see how we could have any proof!! The customer service is shocking and I would not recommend anyone stay here!!
Nice spacious apartments in great location. Very warm with no aircon and was very noisy until after 3am with Windows opened.
