Great position if you are travelling by train to come and see the new V and A as we were. We found the staff to be really friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable. Food and drinks were also well priced and the restaurant has a great view over the city. We would definitely use them again.
Helpful, friendly staff; immaculate presentation; everything needed for our short stay; ideal location for walking to waterfront and railway station, as well as city pubs and restaurants. Good value, too.
My husband has electric wheelchair that normally causes problems getting in/out of lifts etc. I got voucher via Itson. Great value. Had conversation with staff who told me hotel is accessible. They were right! Could get hubby myself and case in lift. Doors are wide. Accessible room allows full wheelchair turn. Staff are really welcoming and friendly. As we have blue badge we could park behind Dundee Train Station in free disables space. And new V&A is across the road and its beside City centre so great for ease of nearby shopping and museums
Very clean and tidy. Friendly staff and great location. However kept awake all night by the noise from the fresh air extractor. Was told there was nothing that could be done about it other than move to another room where it may be quieter.
A great wallet friendly Hotel in the City Centre of Dundee. I had a great sleep here and all the staff were friendly and pleasant from check in until check out. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore Dundee or simply passing through the city!
