The hotel is comfortable and the staff very helpful. The one thing that lets the hotel down is the weekend breakfast service which is busy and understaffed meaning that items of food, cutlery and plates often run out. This leads to large queues in areas of shortage. Queues also form at the coffee machine, which blocks access to the water urn for people who are just wanting boiling water for tea. Seperating these two machines would help. Employing more staff on busy days would be an idea too.

Absolutely, hands down, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Friendly helpful staff. My first point of contact was the front desk lady, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Turned out she was actually a member of housekeeping who just happened to be at the front desk when I turned up. As for the hotel, can't praise it enough. Clean, large room. The best bed I have ever slept on. Get the meal package, it is tremendous value for money. The food is top quality at the attached beefeater restaurant. Premier inn will be my go to hotel for all my trips.
Best Premier Inn in Dundee as it has just been refurbished and is very modern. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are stunning and clean. The Brewers Fayre which is attached is big and also modern and serves great food. Would definitely book again.
Nice location. Lucky if you can get a top floor room overlooking the river. Parking is not free - costs 3 per night. Close to the Dundee railway station - a 5-minute walk (roller bags not recommended). Beefeater restaurant has great food and ambience. Helpful and friendly staff.
