Room very cold was told could change hotels which I declined was given a little fan heater that warmed the room up a bit. Girl on reception was lovely couldn't do enough for me. Stay wasn't to bad after room warmed up.
Really good place for a few nights to stay. The staff is really nice and helpful. Food is also served in the mini restaurant. I was happy with the menu ( dinner and breakfast) . Is really clean and cosy.
Shower tray needs a good clean. Very slippery when wet. Otherwise clean and quiet. Good value for money. Pleasant, helpful staff.
Very clean and comfortable hotel. They serve a varied breakfast which is buffet style, with cereals and hot plates. Vegetarian option is available in request. If you don't fancy dining out there's a good choice of evening meals and a small bar on site. All in all good value for money.
This is an ideal stop off for people like us who need a good value for money stop overIf it was the staff we were rating it would be 5 Stars...but as an overview of the whole place in truth it needs a freshen up with the decor. The cleanliness is excellent and the rooms well heated and the bed really comfy. Breakfast was excellent and just about the right price. It's a little way out of the town centre but more than adequate for our needs. Overall, this is a venue with staff who are friendly and work hard to make the best of a somewhat dowdy looking building but hey that's why we love Dundee!
