Just not answering phoned bang on 8 it rang for 3mins did the same 3 times a d now it's engaged! I been try to get a appointment from November and ever time I try same story .... Why?
Not great was put off joining as all run by students no higher up drs n run of locums u need consistency also huge page on reception about benzo meds well if u have been on them years at tiny dose and the drug addicts get plenty scripts n methadone why should folk who want to get better be discriminated against if u have genuine problems that require meds like this such as neurological or severe Anxiety's disorder this game of cat and mouse over small doses needs to stop yes Dundee is bad for drugs but nor everyone is a drug addict and doing this to new patients puts u off straight away and potential to hold medical conditions and functioning back I needs to stop drug addicts no genuine ppl yes. We shouldnt be treated the same if us being monitered like ur gp used to do there shouldn't be problems.drs need to meet patients half way. It should be working relationship if addicts get methadone dosnt seem appropriately fair. Surgery's need to look at who's genuine n who's not don't target ppl with same brush some folk require for genuine problems. I just walked out when I seen this notice. Off put majorly
Reception told me to take my 5 year old to the pharmacy, he's been coughing and wheezing all weekend. Ridiculous!
It's okay but sometimes it can be very hard to get an appointment or hard to deal with reception staff.
I visited as my grandson who has learning difficulties attended the eye clinic and the staff were very supportive and understanding
