Very poor and totally unhelpful. Would have you travelling many miles to say exactly the same words that you are saying on the phone. We cannot accept phone conversations, someone or anyone has to say the same words in person. We know other surgeries are helpful and dont make you travel many miles to repeat the exact same words as you have just done on the phone but we are not like these surgeries. Need the flu jab, you have to fight for it and then still have to go management to get it. Very bad attitude and treat patients poorly. Dr bullion and the one nurse I saw get 10/10 but to get to them, 0/10 for the poor service. Moving on to a better doctors surgery.
If I could give this dreaded awfull surgery 0 stars I would,I visited today and the doctor wasn't only shouting at me she drew me to tears,she started by telling me I don't have a degree,I replied I'm not saying I have a degree then she got that out of control she couldn't control her temper,Safe to say I won't be returning to this awfull surgeryavoid at all costs,This nasty doctor also asked my why i brought my 12yr old daughter with me,i replies cause im not leaving her in that filthy dirty waiting room,she scowled I DIDNT MEAN THAT,It took me to say that for them to replace the seatimg area and the flooring.
