I'm posting for years back sadly had to move up to Dundee and lost brown St I would like to say thank u to lovely dr Cooke and Levin they are amazing colin has worked out of hours a few times I thanked him for looking after my grandparents Dr Cooke is tremendous I would join again if I could afford flat in ferry god bless great to hear these two fantastic drs are still here after years if service to NHS

I have been trying to get a doctors appointment since 3rd of August without success.When I phoned on 3rd August I was told that they had no forward booking appointments available for that week to phone first thing in the morning.When I did so I was told there were no appointments due to the shortage of doctors.I phoned again on Monday 8th August from 8am until 8.35am when I was once again told there were no available appointments this week and the only way I would get to see a doctor was to come to the surgery at 8am and wait.This is just not possible due to family commitments and I feel that we are reverting to the days when everyone had to turn up and wait to see the doctor.As I can't get to the surgery at 8am I don;t know when I will be able to see a doctor and feel that the service provided by the practice is unacceptable.
