I was in the process of buying my first property & had my heart set on one, only to be informed that The Chamber Practice did not put my offer in in writing soon enough after a verbal offer had been agreed by the seller. The lack of communication from this solicitors was few & far between so I was completely unaware of someone else putting in a higher offer. They have taken full responsibility & apologised to me but this has left me with no home to call my own & lots of new furniture which had been ordered. I would not recommend this solicitors and will not be using them again.
As far as Estate agents go, they were really top notch. Reliable people that were quick to respond and listened to our needs. Really happy with their services!
