Northwood Dundee is probably the best letting agents. It has a lot of great features, friendly staff, proper letting procedures. Having in contact with almost all agencies in Dundee for the past decade there is no other agencies comes closer to the Northwood standard.Friendly and experienced staff; easy, professional and transparent services are what you can expect from Northwood Dundee. You can see what you are getting, with proper documentation and support. Unlike many letting agents try to sell or rent their properties Northwood is an exception in their ethical conduct and professional approach, and you can feel safe in their hands. I am vouching for their services and myself an extremely satisfied customer for years.
Pathetic company, they tie you in knots with contracts. One of the stipulations in the contract states that should you wish to end the lease you must give 2 months notice. Should Northwood fail to find a new tenant you must continue paying the rent. It took them several weeks to send round a contractor to make sure the house was well maintained. They had the audacity to claim the floor needed cleaned again after them having the keys for 2-3 weeks. Stay well away from this company.
I found this company to be incompetent. The service is poor and the willingness to help is zero. I am glad that I no longer have to deal with them. Good luck to anyone that does.
