terrible!incompetent, unhelpful staff (different 'new' member of staff each & every time i spoke to the office) no communication inter branch. no one could answer any of my queries as they always claimed to be new & couldn't be blamed for the disastrous problems which i faced due to a serious lack of professionalism & basic understanding of instructions.will NEVER take my business nor monies to this shambles of a company again!
