If i could give this place no stars i would. Had the worst experience with them, never dealt with a letting agency with as little customer service received as them. Me and my partner had viewed a flat last monday and said we were very interested in it and was told an application would be sent out in an email. We waited a whole week with no word. I had even phoned on the friday of the same week to ask if it had been sent and was given the most patronising snidey response that i was already told it was busy when i had phoned a few days before. The women on the phone had even written down to pass on to Mr Murray that we had called as was told he was the only one able to deal with the application we needed. It got to the following monday as in yesterday and we decided to go into the agency and view the other flat we werent as interested in. We came back from the viewing and said we were interested and they said an application would be sent out. Our patience was wearing thin by this point and we didnt want to sound pushy about the other application that still hadnt been sent but had to mention we were more interested in the first one we viewed. They then said that that flat was maybe already under offer. We couldnt believe it after waiting so long to apply. Our frustration levels were running high and I have now seen on zoopla and right move that the 2 flats are expired, i actually dont believe it with nothing to inform me of this and still under the impression an application is being sent. Anyone i know that mentions this agency i will be letting them know the terrible experience i had so to not have the same done to them.
