Mixed experiences with this Post Office. Sometimes I've gone in and the process has been smooth. Other times, the service has been rather poor. Seems to depend on who serves you, but it's an area in need of improvement.

Bought postage on-line using Royal Mail's "Click and Drop" service (just under 5 kg - 1st class) - took parcel to this Post Office to drop it off. Girl at counter said Royal Mail wasn't accepting parcels above 2 kg for drop off (later checked with RM help desk - not the case.) She told me I needed to upgrade to different service for an extra 10.75 (Special Delivery) - as it was for Christmas felt I'd no choice but to accept. Note to self - go elsewhere in future!
