This shop is one of the best in Dundee I've been going all my life and I've never had a problem. the guys that work there are sound and so is the boss too. his daughters are nice woman polite and always talk to you. . The guy that had the problem with his letter the other day. How is that brantwood post offices fault .they hand your letters to the postie's when they come to collect them shouldn't it be the post office its self that you phone. not the shop and moan it's gone missing
I had a letter posted for me first class on friday 20th july... its now the 25th and no sign of it..... i tried to contact them by phone but they dont even answer the phone....
