Helpful, polite and fast. I always receive a very good service.
The staff that have served me dont seem to be suited to customer facing roles. Every customer seems to be an inconvenience. I dread having to go in, wish I could have mail redirected somewhere else.

I had lost my account card, was almost penniless and couldn't access my cash. The owner treated me with respect and took time to reassure me. Explained what I had to do and gave me relevant phone numbers. My problem was solved 1/2 an hour later. Not the first time I've had an excellent service and felt my custom was appreciated.
Absolutely brilliant place to go for all post office needs. The two girls Norma and Julie are always very nice and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. I travel from Tayport, Fife to use this post office as I do not like they way the new post office in our local Premier store is managed.
