I have thought long and hard about writing a review and I feel I should, I went in to get a hair cut, and pointed to where I wanted my hair cut, chest length, about inline with my bra strap. The hair dresser cut it considerably shorter, when I said to her that was not what we agreed, she was VERY rude to me- I was shocked to be spoken to in such a manner....... Kay the manager sorted my hair and it is a beautiful hair cut, very apologetic and so lovely; BUT I really do miss my long hair- I really loth it at this length and it now gets in the way whilst I work.
