I have been going here for the last 4 years over my tenure at university. Amazing service, excellent price and professionally done. Jacobson's has become my local and I'll keep going while I stay in Dundee.
I rarely leave reviews but felt I had to say how disappointed I was yesterday on arriving at Jacobson.I had made the appointment for my daughter's hair to be cut and coloured over 6 weeks ago and had written down 10.30am in my diary at the time of booking.However when we arrived the hairdresser said we were 30 minutes late and couldn't fit us in. My daughter was disappointed as she has been looking forward to this for weeks and as we live 30 minutes drive away it was doubly annoying.Thankfully we got in at Regis in the Overgate so a few hours later hair was cut, coloured and looking lovely. Maybe a tip would be to start texting your customers (as other hairdressers do) the day before to avoid disappointment and stress??
