Its a friendly gym, that is well laid out. Its great value for money. Good range of classes. Its central and really close to my home. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym is full of people of all shapes and sizes and ages and I feel comfortable working out there.
Excellent gym. Easy to access, free parking, friendly helpful staff, lots of classes on offer and a good selection of equipment. Added bonus of the ladies only area.
