Shelley is an amazing trainer. Very passionate about your goals . Wouldnt go anywhere else and couldnt recommend her enough.
Despite being very low on confidence I approached shelley to become my Pt she persuaded me to join her transformation fitness class and this is a decision I will never regret shelley has boosted my confidence helped me lose nearly 2stones and instead of being in the house all the time I now train 5times weekly the people I have met also shelley and her staff have been brilliant I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight whilst having fun
