The staff are always friendly and courteous. I've not once had a problem and in fact I've had a free upgrade on more than one occasion.
the worst customer service ive ever experienced! nicola is an absolute joke- all smiles whilst taking your money & telling some very tall tales about the great deal she's giving you. the other woman i had the misfortune of dealing with,(small, dark hair- perhaps debbie?) is worse than her boss! rude, arrogant & a prime example of people who shouldnt be allowed to deal with members of the public.in a professional setting & work place, surely staff should be trained to, at least, speak in proper sentences?? especially whilst taking with a long-term customer?!"eh well, we'll see wut nikki's got to say a'boot it, iy" (said whilst chewing on a large piece of gum)- absolutely unacceptable way of talking.this woman is without doubt the most offensive, disrespectful & cheeky person to deal with! she came to pick up a car from the address i was staying at & leave me with another hire car but, due to her rude behaviour & appalling tone she took with my baby, i sent her back to her boss with both vehicles.dodgy company & should be avoided
I was told that if i handed the car back with no fuel I would need to pay 50 which I was fine with. It came to the day and I handed the car back threw arnold clark with no fuel in the car. I recieved a phone call that I was expecting for my card details and handed them over only for him to say he will debit my card for 89! I told him 5 times that I do not give him perdition to debit my card for anything over 50 to which he said I signed a contract saying I agreed to this! The only problem with signing forms is you can't sign a form over the phone! Not once to did I deal with them because it was organised by kia and I only spike with kia over the phone! I then go to check my bank and they have taken 107! I phoned them and asked why and they had added VAT! So I paid 107 for a tank of petrol in a car that only holds 50 worth of petrol! That's more than double! Compliant into trading standards and the bank for a refund! Will update with what comes of this.Update: after being investigated by the fraud team, the full amount was returned to my bank account.For anyone who finds themself in the same situation, the "The Consumer Rights (Payment Surcharges) Regulations 2012" policy was very helpful.

I was very satisfied with my rental. Initially I had a compact car (Ford Focus) booked, was handed a BMW 3 series which I consider a considerable upgrade. The staff were really helpful, clarified everything for me and were quick to get me on the road. I had no problems with the handover of the car, the staff also advised me on any queries I had regarding the vehicle.The location might prove a bit troublesome if you plan to walk or take public transit, as it's quite remote, in a large industrial estate.
