If you miss a reservation they are very quick to give someone else your car/van without any attempt of contact and unlikely to have vehicle. Very disappointed.
Had a very good experience with Enterprise this weekend. First time renting a car, and found no flaws in any of the process. Very easy. We rented a car for one day, to travel through to Edinburgh - my own personal car is smaller. We were given a Nissan Juke '67 plate. Excellent condition, clean, and full tank. Very good to drive, easy to get used to, and safe.We were taken care of by Mbali Khawula. She was attentive, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. She took us through the renting process, gave an over of the motor, and did it all with a good sense of humour and friendly disposition. I returned the car the next morning to a consistently high level of service. Overall the service was exceptionally good and I would highly recommend.
My husband and I hired cars from here quite a but, but won't be doing it again! We called to add an additional day to our booking, they somehow moved it to the next month and added an additional day. Not sure how.We are now losing around 200 because we won't be able to make it to our hotel today. Also, they aren't compensating at all for it. I understand that they do not have any cars available today, but they should take full responsibility when there is an error on their part. Ridiculous!

I used them for a van hire over a few days. Reasonably priced, given a new vehicle which was spotless. Staff were polite & professional - would use them again and recommend them to others
