Bought an 05 focus from kcars about 6weeks ago,there was a problem with the car which was sorted ASAP,kenny and his team were brilliant,kept the car for a couple of days,fixed it,dropped it off in my drive which not many dealers would, again all washed and two new registration plates on it which was a nice touch, all in all a brilliant little dealership and in my opinion better than the so called big dealers,when the time comes for a new car il be going to kcars first.

I bought a nice wee car off these guys a few weeks ago. Car is great, but with used cars it was expected to run into some minor issues. I mentioned the issues the car was having and they were extremely fast to resolve the issues and had my car fixed and back to me in no time. Great and pleasant customer service, well mannered and had no problems getting in touch with them.
While they're very helpful at first (the younger guy, not so much the older one), that pretty much stops as soon as you drive off. There's been at least 4 different things wrong with the car that they would have picked up during the "service" that they said they had carried out. Despite saying we would have a three month warranty, they haven't answered the phone, replied to numerous emails, or even been there during their alleged opening hours to offer any kind of assistance. Obviously there's going to be a few things with a second hand car, but to ignore them and then ignore your customer is a bit disgusting. If you want something cheap and quickly then these guys are great. But if you want something more reliable then probably avoid.
I'm only giving one star because I can't continue without doing so.Went over this morning to check a car. Gates were open but no one in sight. Phoned the land line, no answer. Phoned the two numbers advertised on the window. First # no response, left message, no response. Second #, bloke said it wasn't his day on, phone the first #. Told him I tried the first #, no answer. Response from the rude bloke was "there's nothing I can do then". My response, "Great, clearly you are not interested in selling a car." His response "yeah clearly not" . Went back at 10:30, still no one in sight. phoned first # again , No answer, no response back. Well my friend, sorry for you, clearly you don't need any business if you treat customers that way.
