Changed around since my last visit to this particular A Clarks auto sales. Sales person I deal with is great and new service desk staff are very nice to. Compared with other A Clarks in Dundee, this one by far is the best to use. Have tried them all.
Visited today looking for an automatic vehicle with large boot space. Lady on desk making a bead thing got me Euan to assist. I was originally looking at the Tucson specs but a smaller version. He kept going to the sales manager for advice, a man with a beard that couldn't be bothered to get up. In fact all the salesmen were congregated round his desk the whole time we were there. My family and I were taken outside to look for a car that Euan could not find, taken back in while he spoke to the manager. Taken out to a car that was not to my specifications that was manual and would not fit my 6'3" son or my dog in boot. Asked to go back outside again twice to look for a car that we told him was out front and again was manual. Total waste of time, staff idiots, no thought for disabilities. Advise people to stay away, they are more interested in chatting with themselves. And there step count going back and forth to different cars trailing disabled customers behind them. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Visited here for the purchase of a new Hyundai, the salesman I delt with, Stephen was absolutely brilliant, very open and honest as well as very friendly. Would happily go back here for another motor.
