Took my bike in to get a service and a few new bits. Job was done quickly but a few new problems had showed up. Gear skip on any kind of slight hill. Took it back and they fixed that but then i noticed all the cables where intertwined and not held in place. My rear break was supposed to be fixed but is as good not working. Over all i would say for the money i paid it was a terrible service and i wouldnt put my bike back in there.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Good selection of bikes to buy or rent. They know the good places to cycle in Dundee and the area. Fixed the flat on my Brompton quickly on Saturday afternoon.

Some friendly staff who have given some decent advice and service. Have had a friend who had more work carried out on her bike than she had asked for. The extra difference was eventually refunded, which was good.I find the staff are more interested in selling things new than helping you to maintain the old.

Always a pleasure; helpful staff, knowledgeable mechanics and even though you might pay a little more than you would online for parts you can be guaranteed that the guys will make sure you get the right bits. Have serviced (and sadly had to extensively repair) most of my bikes with timeliness and professionalism.

Pretty bad experience, waste of time.Ordered an item and told me next day would be ready. The next day, turned 3 days. (I didnt even got a courtesy call to let me know it would be delayed. I had to called them). The 3 days turned in, ...maybe today, but I dont really know when will arrive. They dont do what they say, and cant take a complain either, (dont know who they think they are). If you just say are not happy they tell you are "grumpy and disrespectful", ... If they cannot take a complain, they shouldnt work with public.Very childish and amateur attitude. This is business, when we buy something we expect the item; brand new, as we ordered and on time. (cos maybe we need it for work). If the item cost 100 and we just pay 95, they will not take it, theyd only want the exact amount. So why do we have to get less than we paid? This basic business idea, dont apply to Spokes Cycles Dundee. Also they said are going to start charging 10 for the time they spend looking your item or advising you.The only reason I wanted to buy from Spokes Cycles Dundee was because I was in a hurry and the next day ready. But never again, there are others bike shops much cheaper in town and online. And more professional, not childish attitude. A complete waste of time.
