Daniel and the team spent plenty time assisting me whilst I chose and was then custom fitted for my E Bike. I have gone for a Gazelle Balance as I have considerable mobility issues. I have been practicing on the roads and paths whilst its quiet as I am a bit wobbly still. The weight of the bike will take a little time to get used to it. Managed a 4 mile run on mainly eco assist with high assist to help me get up the hill home. It was still hard work on the hill but it will get better I am sure. Love the freedom my bike gives me. I cant walk too far or run now and this is a real confidence boost. Great service and I look forward to a long relationship with Electric Bikes Scotland. We searched for a long time for a dealer who would not only allow us to try out several different e-bikes, but who also gave us a huge amount of information so that we could make the right decision.
