Won't use any other cattery, is a beautiful place for cats and I know they are well looked after
First time using a cattery for our cat so was understandably anxious. No need to be. He was well cared for and I think he enjoyed himself. Hard to tell with a cat but no sign of trauma. He'll be back, even if he ends up liking Becky and her staff more than us.
My cat Sooty was looked after by Becky while we were on a mid week break for 2 nights. The Cats Hotel was lovely. It was clean and fresh and all the cats have a great pen and a view onto a beautiful garden. Sooty was just fine when we picked him up , he was not stressed and went right back to his normal routine when we got home. An excellent place to use if your cat needs a Hotel..

I had a good experience boarding my cat here. Drop off and pick up were simple and easy, the facilities are nice, and the enclosures are of good size with an enclosed place for sleeping and an open space for looking around the garden and seeing fellow cat neighbours. Loraine was nice to me, friendly to the cats, and was quick to respond to emails. I am always reluctant to leave my cat, but he was well looked after here and I will use The Cats Hotel next time I need to board my cat.
