Our heating had been on for two days solid and we couldnt work out what was wrong. After a phone call at 08:00 Ahmed said he would come early and check out our issue before another job. He arrived the same day at 08:30 and within 10minutes had fixed the problem (a valve was stuck). I would recommend his service and wouldnt hesitate to call him again!
Fantastic company to deal with, I would highly recommend this company! Called Ahmed at about 2200/30 and he was round to a leaking boiler pipe within 45 minutes. He didn't just stop the leak, he put a new fitting on so as there was no need for a follow up call.This was all done remotely for a friend of mine and Ahmed kept me updated throughout. Excellent customer service and communication skills.Thank you for a job well done at not a great time of the night!
Called the number when my boiler went down and the guy was very helpful. Said he'd be here for lunchtime and called before he arrived. Looked at the boiler and did some checks before telling me what the problem was and how he would fix it. Did the job with no fuss or mess within an hour. Very good job at great price, kept me informed as to what was happening and very polite. I would recommend to friends and family and will use again if needed.
