Just bought a puppy and went in here for the works. From crate to lead. Paul/owner very genuine guy. Willing to share his knowledge about puppy/dog Or whatever else is your cup of tea animal wise. He knows his stuff. Even willing to give correct nutritional information as in a raw diet although he does not sell any raw feed himself he advised where I could get it and ultimately that diet would be best for my breed of dog. So he is genuinely interested in your pets health and well being rather than a quick sale. Was good speaking to paul and we will defo be back in the future.Point to note card machine wasn't working so my advice take cash. Not sure on bank machines near by. We ended up getting cash back from ladbrokes lol. Great selection in the shop and great advice.

Although not a huge pet shop, this shop has just about everything you need.Unlike all the other pet shops I've seen in the area, including large chains, this shop also has a good selection of bird supplies and is willing to help out with just about anything related. And if they don't have it, they will gladly help you to source what you are after.They only get in hand tame birds in too, from trusted breeders, so you're sure your bird isn't coming from any cruelty or the wild.Their staff are very polite and helpful, including the resident cockatoo "Albert" (though he appears to like the sound of the phone a lot haha...) A well recommended place
