Employed this company via a recommendation from an interior designer we work with. They quoted over 8000 for a week of work, which I thought was pricey but the job needed to be done within a very short time period (one week) in a commercial space, so we had no room for error. The price was higher than I expected, but I agreed to it because I needed a company I could trust and they specifically stated on their quote that they would work co-operatively with the rest of the trades on the job and would work late at night to get the job done. I felt it was worth paying the extra for this level of service. Well, turns out, they weren't quite so committed to delivering the level of service they were happy to charge for. Most of the week they had only one man on the job!!!!!! Whilst charging me over 8000!!!!! The last day of the job was furniture installation, and they knew the decorating had to be as close to finished as possible before that happened. They clocked off and went home at 4pm!!!!! They had left all of their stuff lying about, when they knew the cleaners were coming in that night before the furniture arriving the next morning. We called them to complain that the decorating was still way behind schedule, and they had gone home early and left all of their stuff lying. They agreed to come back but all they did was lift some of their mess, but didn't lift another finger to do any more work. I am absolutely appalled at the level of service I received from this company and would NEVER work with them again nor recommend them to anyone. The interior designer who recommended them in the first place will not be sending any more work there way either.
