Excellent customer service from the guy making the milkshakes for us and very comfortable seating in the new leather seating!
Odeon is great now they have done a full refit with all the seats and given everyone more leg room.
Not been at cinema before bought tickets but did not know that there specials seats just sat down to be told 15mins later that they were premier seats and we should not be there. We did not know and wished we had been told before lights went out as it was dark and was not sure where to sit as steward was not helpful.please train is staff better.
Good access and free parking. Toilets very clean and easily accessible for disabled people who were with me when I visited. There are multiple screens so plenty film choices.
