Took duvets in to wash and wasn't told that they had no working spinner available before I started. So I had to take very wet washing home to dry. Service and attitude of the staff was appalling. I won't be back

Read on website they have a same day dry cleaning service, absolute life saver! Called to check and the woman said no, wouldnt be possible. Maybe if I handed it in first thing on a Saturday and collected on Sunday, but not at 1pm on a Saturday. Same day aye? Might want to take that off your website.
