Can't recommend Disc Depot highly enough. I handed my broken Galaxy S8+ in at 1pm and picked it up 3 hours later, in perfect working order. Extremely professional!!

I always go here when I need my phone, tablet or laptop fixed. The service is always great and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Recently I had the screen replaced on my iPad Air 2. They managed to change the glass (rather than the whole screen) which I didn't even know was possible and saved me a lot of money.
Excellent 3 day turnaround including mailing - fixed my audio chip problem on the same day the phone arrived at Disc Depot's office and popped in post the same day arriving back the next. Good communication throughout - highly recommended.
I have used Disc Depot in Dundee twice now and I will definitely use them again when its needed. I had my screen replaced on my iPhone and also a screen replacement on a high end gaming laptop. The customer service is fantastic! The communication excellent and both jobs were completed as quickly as possible. The gaming laptop belongs to my son who is autistic and he can be extremely particular and finds change extremely challenging. The extra care and attention that was given to this aspect of the job when we explained this to the staff (Ian, I believe) was outstanding. I genuinely cant recommend these guys enough! 100% and a gold star from me! Thanks again for your help.
