Always a pleasure to meet with good service at a fairly reasonable cost ... We use 'Markies' as it's colloquially known often.
Good service and if you go late on Saturdays there's some brilliant bargains.
Staff were great, I couldn't find a certain product and the assistant helped me by taking me straight to it. She was very friendly and made me feel that I was important even though she was busy. The cashier was also friendly and smiling
Oh how I enjoy shopping in this establishment. M&S is amazing, I enjoyed shopping for clothes (and that's something I don't often say), their coffee is generally very good, the food courts are lovely (London) and the food is fresh and nicely presented. It's very clean and the selections are great.Their array of produce (Dundee) was tempting, and their selection if pre-prepared foods appealing.I would definitely recommended this chain.
I was looking for a plain black A line skirt for my Mum who is 90, as part of her Christmas present ,absolutely nothing! There selection was extremely poor. Little wonder footfall is declining. Buck your ideas up M&S. You need better buyers.
