Appauling incompetant service .My family were told my dads headstone would be in place on a certain date .They arrived the following day to find nothing .When they contacted the company they were simply told that the person who was responsible for informing the council in order to have the ground prepared had forgotten to do so.No one contacted my family to inform them as to what had happened.Utterly unaceptable .With nothing more than a lame appology and told the headstone would now not be in before Xmas.With grandchildren coming as far away as Australia to visit thier grandads grave this has been totally devasting . There total lack of comprehension and compassion of the situation only added to our grief..
