Small airport Nice and easy, however very few flights still headed for Dundee
So helpful and speedy
Potential to be quick and efficient but only potential alas. Flight delay gives you more time to appreciate uncomfortable seating, lack of wifi, 1 toilet (at least for men) and lack of snack options. Basically they are not ready for prime time.
Loved the experience going from Dundee to Amsterdam. The Airport staff are fantastic. Going through security was not the chore it usually is at other airports. The waiting area was a bit like being in your Granny's sitting room.They even provide cold water to drink free of charge and a courier to read as well. Best little airport in the world.
Flew to Amsterdam and back, brilliant service on our doorstep! Couldn't ask for better. The only down side was coming in and going through the border control line as the area inside was too small for the number of people coming off the flight so we were waiting outside in the rain for our turn to go through.
